We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Client Care Representative to support accurate order management and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting clients, handling inbound and outbound communications, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately using data entry and Microsoft Office tools
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and other channels
- Make outbound calls to follow up on orders and resolve issues
- Assist with order status, product information, and account inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and uphold professional communication standards
Qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills; bilingual/multilingual a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week) with possible overtime
- Availability between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, weekdays only
