General Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of a titled General Manager position for an entertainment or full-service restaurant concept
- Experience overseeing $4M+ revenue/year
- Experience leading 60+ employees in one location
- Experience with training and developing teams
- Passion for being hands-on and providing supportive leadership
- Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charisma
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with entertainment, including gaming equipment
- Solid tenure and proven loyalty to past employers
- Experience with LBW menus
