🚨 NOW HIRING: Telehealth Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
📍 In-Office | New Facility Opening | New York Licensed
We are opening a new urgent care facility and are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver telehealth urgent and primary care services from an in-office setting.
This role supports Medicaid and Medicare patient populations and requires providers who are credentialed, compliant, and comfortable delivering high-quality virtual care within a structured clinical environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide virtual urgent and/or primary care visits via a telehealth platform
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient conditions within scope of practice
- Prescribe medications in accordance with New York and federal telehealth regulations
- Identify cases requiring escalation or in-person referral
- Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For (REQUIRED)
- Active New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- ACTIVE MEDICARE PROVIDER ID (REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE)
- Active Medicaid provider enrollment (Medicaid ID required at time of hire)
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (urgent care or primary care preferred)
- Comfortable treating Medicaid and Medicare populations
- Telehealth experience preferred
Nice to Have
- DEA license in good standing
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced clinical settings
