General Manager – High-Volume, Fine Dining | Nashville, TN
A respected and growing, family owned hospitality group is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead operations at a high-performing, upscale concept in Nashville. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment and knows how to build strong teams while keeping a sharp eye on financial performance.
General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:
- $95k-$110k base salary
- Employer-covered health insurance (after 90 days)
- PTO

General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager
- Proven leadership in high-volume operations ($7M+ in annual sales) in an upscale dining environment
- Recent experience in a Fine Dining Environment with working knowledge of systems and steps of service
- Strong HR, payroll, and scheduling knowledge
- Proficient with Toast, OpenTable, Microsoft Office, and other operations platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead with both professionalism and presence
- Deep understanding of inventory control, ordering processes, labor management, and cost tracking
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
