What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of proven success as an Executive or Head Chef
- Experience running high-volume, scratch kitchens—no shortcuts, no compromises
- Strong leadership chops—your team follows because you deliver
- Full command of kitchen financials: P&L, food cost, labor control
- Cool under pressure, sharp with execution, relentless about standards
