Retail Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience managing retail or warehouse operations.
- Proven leadership abilities overseeing multi-function teams.

Retail Store Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Support inside sales, assist with pricing negotiations, and close deals both on the floor and by phone.
- Oversee parts sales counter, assist with quoting, and help coordinate delivery and installation services.
