Front of House Floor & Bar Manager
Upscale, High‑Volume Restaurant – Dallas, TX
We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Floor & Bar Manager to join an elevated, design‑forward, independent restaurant known for high standards, exceptional hospitality, and a refined guest experience. This role is ideal for a polished operator with strong wine knowledge, a service‑driven mindset, and the ability to lead confidently without heavy corporate structure.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily FOH and bar operations with a strong floor presence
- Uphold elevated service standards and “old‑school” hospitality
- Train, coach, and mentor FOH and bar teams
- Manage bar quality, inventory, ordering, and product controls
- Support scheduling, labor awareness, and nightly financial processes
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle recovery with professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, high‑energy dining room and bar environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of management experience in fine dining, upscale, steakhouse, or high‑profile restaurants
- Strong wine knowledge (varietals, regions, pairings)
- Confident operating in an independent, non‑corporate environment
- High‑volume experience and a refined service skill set
- Integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Warm, polished communication and guest‑focused leadership
- Basic understanding of P&L components (COGS, inventory, invoices)
