Financial Analyst – $110K+ | Full-Time | Exceptional Benefits
A leading organization in the gaming and hospitality sector is seeking a Financial Analyst to support executive leadership with high‑impact financial insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to influence operational and strategic decisions.
Role Overview
- Conduct advanced financial, operational, and labor analyses
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial and cashflow reports
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Review labor trends and business performance metrics
- Lead annual operating and capital budget preparation
- Partner with department leaders to gather data and improve reporting
Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Financial Analyst (gaming/hospitality preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong BI experience (Tableau preferred)
- Ability to present clear, actionable financial insights
- CMS, HRIS, or Indian Gaming experience is a plus
Compensation
- Starting salary around $110,000, depending on experience
- PTO included
- Full-time, salaried role
