What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and execution
- Drive top-line revenue and manage profitability through effective systems and leadership
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of hourly and salaried staff
- Recruit and train team members to deliver consistent guest experiences
- Control costs, manage inventory, and ensure scheduling efficiency
- Create a positive, professional workplace culture
- Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Proven success managing P&L and driving both sales and profitability
- Hands-on, guest-facing leadership style
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
