- Demonstrated plaintiff-side personal injury experience required.
- 3–5 years of litigation experience preferred; candidates with 2 years and significant trial or deposition experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in document review, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Experience conducting depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume litigation docket.
- Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Houston.

- Oversee a docket of plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses for active litigation matters.
- Take and defend depositions of both fact and expert witnesses.
- Prepare cases for mediation, trial, and all related proceedings.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated support team to ensure effective case management.
- Provide clear, consistent communication and advocacy for clients throughout the litigation process.
