Advisor Success Manager
Location: Remote (Eastern or Central Time)
Compensation: $90,000 base + variable
A fast-growing financial services firm is hiring an Advisor Success Manager to own and build the advisor activation and success function.
What you will build (primary responsibility):
- A scalable process to activate newly contracted advisors who are not yet producing
- A re-engagement framework for existing advisors underutilizing the model
- A repeatable “lock arms” approach to guiding advisors through a holistic planning and risk-mitigation process
- The operational foundation (tools, workflows, communication rhythms) that supports long-term advisor productivity
Additional responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned advisors
- Coach advisors toward clear production goals and accountability
- Connect advisors with internal planning, case design, and SME resources
- Track advisor engagement, activity, and progress
- Partner with leadership to continuously improve processes as the firm scales
Who this role is for:

- A strong relationship manager with a coaching mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, lightly structured, remote environment
- Experience with financial advisors, insurance, annuities, or wealth management preferred
