Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager in a high-volume setting
- Proven drive-thru leadership experience (required)
- Strong expertise in inventory control, cost management, and sales growth
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and set high standards
- Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and respect in all aspects of work
Restaurant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for service and results
- Inspire, develop, and manage a team to exceed performance expectations
- Oversee inventory control and cost management to achieve profitability targets
- Foster a positive team culture centered around guest satisfaction and employee engagement
- Drive sales and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all touchpoints, including the drive-thru
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with all procedures
