Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and execute organic social media across a portfolio of multiple hospitality concepts. This is a hands-on, operational, and leadership-oriented role. You will set the standard, maintain discipline, and ensure each concept shows up consistently, intentionally, and professionally across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage organic social media across hospitality concepts
- Build and execute rolling two-week content calendars
- Write captions, CTAs, hashtags, and geo-tags
- Schedule and publish content; manage comments and DMs
- Maintain brand voice consistency by concept
- Capture basic photo/video content on-site as needed
- Set content capture standards and guidelines
- Train and manage in-store social media leads
- Review, organize, and approve submitted store-level content
- Deliver monthly performance reports with insights

- Instagram (primary)
- TikTok (select concepts)
- Google Business Profile posts
Posting Expectations
- High-volume concepts: 3 feed posts, 5–7 stories, 1 Reel weekly
- Lower-volume concepts: 1–2 feed posts, 3–5 stories weekly
- Consistency over virality
Qualifications
- 2+ years managing social for hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Experience supporting multiple brands or locations
- Comfortable capturing content in live environments
- Strong writing, organization, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Sprout a plus)
- Full-time, on-site availability with some nights/weekends
