Fitness Center GM Responsibilities:
- Must be motivated to keep team and members satisfied.
- Must be excited about keeping the Club clean and safe.
- Must be reasonably tech-savvy when it comes to communication and maintenance aps.
- Must meet basic physical requirements of lifting, standing, walking, cleaning, etc. This is not an office job.
Fitness Center GM Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE leading people, though it doesn't have to be in a fitness center.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of motivating others.
- Availability must be flexible. Late hours may be required at times.
- Some sales experience preferred.
