Executive Sous Chef – Premier Hotel
We are looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team at a high-volume, upscale hotel. This role supports the Executive Chef in overseeing all back-of-house operations and ensures consistency, quality, and teamwork across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations across banquets, in-room dining, and a la carte outlets
- Lead, train, and support the culinary team to maintain high standards
- Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and presentation standards
- Monitor food and labor costs, manage P&L, and control inventory
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with front-of-house managers to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Act as the Executive Chef’s primary support and step in when needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive kitchen leadership, including at least 2 years as an Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with banquet production and multi-outlet operations
- Proven ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
- Team-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and hands-on leadership
