Billing and Freight Coordinator Benefits & Compensation

Billing and Freight Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer care experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (not a call center)
- Strong customer service focus and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Billing and Freight Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence from customers
- Process orders and arrange shipping logistics
- Manage accurate and timely invoicing for orders
