We’re seeking a hands-on Lead Housekeeper/Supervisor to help deliver spotless guestrooms, consistent standards, and an exceptional guest experience. This role supports the Housekeeping Manager while leading daily operations and coaching frontline team members.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and room inspections
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Ensure cleanliness and brand standards across rooms and public areas
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Laundry
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and supply management
- Resolve guest requests with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience (lead/supervisor preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and hands-on leadership style
- Organized, dependable, and guest-focused
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
