We are an upscale dining concept with a passion for traditional Italian cuisine. We are looking to hire an Assistant General Manager to support both the dining room and kitchen team. We seek individuals who are passionate about creating amazing food, who work with respect and integrity, and are looking to grow with us!
Assistant Chef/AGM Requirements:
- Experience with managing FOH and BOH
- Has managed over 4 million in sales
- Open availability
- 2 years minimum experience as a Sous Chef
- Preferred culinary School degree
