Role Summary
The Commercial Project Manager will oversee multiple high-end commercial and residential projects from concept through completion. This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for professionals who excel in managing multiple priorities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and delivering top-quality results under tight deadlines.
Project Managers in this environment typically manage 50 or more active projects at varying scales, from small $5,000 installations to multi-million-dollar builds. This role requires strong multitasking ability, exceptional communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of multiple projects, from estimating and scheduling to closeout and billing.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and documentation to maintain accuracy and profitability.
- Coordinate daily with field supervisors, vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors.
- Oversee shop drawings, materials, and crew schedules to meet demanding deadlines.
- Maintain consistent communication across departments and clients to resolve challenges quickly.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality, safety, and design standards.
- Utilize internal systems including Monday.com, Sage, and Procore for project management and billing.
- Maintain detailed documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Conduct inspections and verify completion according to design specifications.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience within construction or interior finishes.
- Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience with project management software such as Monday.com, Procore, and Sage.
- Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Hands-on field experience or installation background a plus.
