Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

·       2+ years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience

·       Demonstrated team leadership and coaching ability

·       Proven organizational skills with a results-driven outlook

·       Experience managing a large team and overseeing key daily operations

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office

·       Hands-on kitchen experience, including ordering and inventory management

·       Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

·       Upbeat, positive personality with strong communication and relationship-building skills

·       Highly independent, knowledgeable in P&L management, and able to drive accountability

·       Passion for gourmet food and guest experiences

·       Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse team to deliver memorable guest experiences

·       Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality

·       Manage ordering, inventory, and kitchen processes to meet operational goals

·       Coach, train, and support staff for continuous improvement and team growth

·       Build strong relationships with guests and team members, fostering a positive environment
