The Role
We’re looking for a Website Manager who can fully own the ecommerce experience—from daily site updates to long-term strategy. You’ll make sure every product release, promotion, and piece of content hits the site cleanly, looks great, works flawlessly, and keeps fans engaged. Think of this role as part operator, part merchandiser, part digital storyteller.

- Product drops and updates that happen cleanly and on time
- Steady improvement in traffic, SEO, and conversions
- Smooth coordination with creative, tech, marketing, and retail teams
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership
- Track site performance and use analytics to drive improvements
- Monitor and execute SEO strategies
- Collaborate on UX, layout, and content optimization
- Align the website with promotions, releases, and campaigns
Execution & Merchandising
- Update homepage, product pages, and featured sections regularly
- Manage product visibility, categorization, pricing accuracy, and availability
- Support discoverability through better filtering, search, and metadata
- Ensure site quality across devices and browsers
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Sync with retail and marketing on launches and promotions
- Coordinate with tech partners to resolve issues or implement enhancements
- Work with creative on banners, assets, and site visuals
- Maintain timelines and calendars for all web updates
What You Bring
- 3+ years managing high-volume ecommerce sites doing $1 million+ per month
- Experience with Shopify (headless a plus), inventory tools, CMS platforms
- Strong analytical and SEO skills
- Detail-oriented with an understanding of user behavior
- Bonus: experience in sports, collectibles, or gaming
