Front of House Manager
Full-Service Restaurant – River District Area
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 | Bonus | Healthcare + PTO
A growing full‑service restaurant in a lively riverfront district is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead daily operations. The venue features live music, a large indoor–outdoor layout, and a high‑energy, guest‑focused atmosphere. We’re looking for a confident, service‑driven leader who excels in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Oversee reservations, seating flow, and table turns.
- Monitor food and beverage presentation, timing, and overall ambiance.
- Support product quality checks and ensure operational cleanliness and organization.
- Partner with the GM on P&L goals and operational objectives.
- Lead hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Uphold safety, security, and workplace conduct standards.
- Coordinate live music performers, equipment needs, sound checks, and event promotion.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong knowledge of dining room systems (Host, To‑Go, Bar, Service).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new POS/HR systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Spanish a plus, not required.
- Backgrounds from casual dining, fine dining, or fast food leadership welcome.
