Field Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end execution of barrier projects ranging from standard installations to complex, security-driven builds
- Coordinate materials planning, labor allocation, scheduling, and on-site operations
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, safety compliance, and quality standards
- Lead field teams and subcontractors
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients while managing multiple active projects
Field Operations Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience managing construction projects, preferably civil, fencing, barrier, and/or guardrail work
- Proven leadership ability in fast-moving, scaling organizations
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of construction software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Commitment to job-site safety, team development, and maintaining a growth-oriented mindset; must pass a pre-employment drug screening
