Structural Engineer, P.E.
New Construction & Forensic Structural Engineering
We are seeking a licensed Structural Engineer, P.E., to support a growing practice focused on new-build structural design and forensic structural investigations. This role offers long-term career growth, employee stock participation, and a defined path to future ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer structural systems for new construction projects
- Prepare and seal structural calculations and construction documents
- Perform forensic structural inspections, failure analysis, and damage assessments
- Develop technical reports and repair recommendations
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, owners, insurers, and legal teams
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical standards
Qualifications:
- Active P.E. license with structural engineering experience
- Background in structural design for residential, commercial, medical, municipal, and government
- Forensic experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of building codes and structural systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
