A growing home improvement and consumer products company is seeking an Amazon E-Commerce Manager to lead the launch and growth of its Amazon Seller Central presence while supporting an existing Shopify channel. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning e-commerce execution end to end and building marketplace channels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role is in-office in Kennesaw, GA,
What You’ll Do
- Launch and manage Amazon Seller Central, including storefront setup, listings, promotions, and ongoing optimization
- Manage and optimize the Shopify e-commerce platform
- Plan and execute promotions and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversion
- Monitor performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate content creation, including product and lifestyle assets and social media support
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including creative and fulfillment support
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and merchandising across platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, with Amazon Seller Central required
- Experience working with Shopify
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using tools such as Google Analytics and marketplace reporting
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fully in-office environment, especially during onboarding
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000–$75,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)
