Seeking a proven Sales leader with strong business development experience in Multi-unit Restaurant groups to lead growth and capture accounts for a leading food distribution company. If you’re a high-energy closer who thrives in competitive environments and has a vision to expand market share, we want you leading the charge!

 

Business Development Manager Benefits and Compensation:

·        Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus and commission program with total compensation over 200k/year

Business Development Responsibilities & Qualifications:

·        Extensive knowledge and experience in food and/or beverage distribution

·        Demonstrated success in multi-unit business development sales management

·        Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate new business (this is a growth-focused role, not account maintenance)

·        Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while attending in-person meetings as needed, with up to 50% travel.

·        Proficiency with technology and digital tools

·        Strong understanding of chain brands and supply chain operations

·        Culinary or restaurant industry knowledge /background preferred
