Our client, a well-established financial services firm specializing in custodial and trust solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Trust Officer to help launch and build a trust services practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned trust professional who enjoys operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and influencing both client experience and infrastructure.
Senior Trust Officer Perks:
- Base salary: $115,000–$140,000
- Incentive compensation tied to performance

Senior Trust Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary relationship manager for trust clients
- Act as trust subject matter expert in prospective client meetings
- Administer directed irrevocable trusts, including distributions and reviews
- Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, investment managers, and advisors
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, Nevada trust law, and regulations
- Oversee trust accounting, billing, and tax reporting coordination
- Develop policies, procedures, and scalable trust administration workflows
- Partner on trust technology and systems implementation
- Assist with hiring and building the trust services team as the practice grows
Senior Trust Officer Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of trust administration experience
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary standards, trust accounting, and tax considerations
- Experience building or scaling trust operations preferred
- Familiarity with Nevada trust law
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- CTFA, CFP, JD, or similar credential strongly preferred
