We are seeking a Senior Quality Compliance Specialist for our client who is a leader in the automotive paint supplier market. this role will support and advance the Quality Assurance function across multiple sites and ensure ISO 9001/IATF compliance standards leading autdits, managing QMS systems and driving CI initiatives.

Senior Quality Compliance Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field required
- 8+ years of applicable quality or compliance experience with paints and coatings
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
- Experience with internal audits, external audits, and corrective/preventive actions
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
- Ability to wear a respirator and all required PPE (including being clean-shaven)
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as business needs require
- Ability to travel up to 25%
