Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
- Prior experience working in the New York area would be a big plus.
Restaurant Operations Manager Qualifications:
- At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $5-7 million-plus in annualized sales.
- Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.
