Private Country Club in Georgia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our award-winning restaurant team. This is a full-time year-round position.
Restaurant Manager Duties:
- Develop creative ideas to elevate and sustain guest satisfaction
- Support recruiting, training, staff retention, and development initiatives
- Write staff schedules based on forecasted business levels
- Work cohesively with both FOH and BOH ensuring consistency of quality and service
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Servant-leader mentality
- 3-5 years of food and beverage managerial experience
- Superior guest service, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to team development
- Proven ability to manage food, labor, and other operating costs, hire, train and retain staff
