Vice President of Sales
Location: Milwaukee, WI
National Commercial Landscape Company
We are seeking a proven Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth for a national commercial landscaping organization. This executive will develop and execute sales strategy, lead multi-market sales teams, and drive new business across local, regional, and national accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive national sales strategy and revenue growth
- Lead and scale regional and local sales teams
- Grow new business and manage key commercial accounts
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM performance
- Partner with Operations and Marketing to ensure successful execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in commercial services
- Proven success leading multi-market or national sales teams
- Strong background in new business development and enterprise accounts
- Experience in commercial landscaping or facilities services preferred
- Willingness to travel nationally
