Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Complete staffing oversight for your Area of Responsibility
- Teamwork in getting the whole job done over the entire restaurant
- Profit & Loss accountability
- Build guest loyalty
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years in a similar full-service casual dining role OR strong experience.
- Experience with annual sales volume over 5m
- People passion and a kind, upbeat personality
- The ability and willingness to be responsible for both FOH and BOH areas
- Good tenure and food safety knowledge
