Project Manager (Construction/Fence & Guardrail) Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary ($75,000–$115,000 per year), paid weekly

Project Manager (Construction/Fence & Guardrail) Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience (civil, fence, or guardrail preferred)
- Proven track record as a leader capable of managing teams and driving results
- Superior planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with BlueBeam and Infor Cloud Suite Industrial a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to continuous growth
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, including Marijuana
Project Manager (Construction/Fence & Guardrail) Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience managing projects as both General Contractor and Subcontractor
- Familiarity with installation equipment and a variety of construction methods
Project Manager (Construction/Fence & Guardrail) Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of fencing, gate, and guardrail projects from planning through completion
- Develop detailed stock lists tailored to project requirements
- Lead, motivate, and direct project teams to meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain close attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicate project updates and requirements effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Apply industry knowledge to select methods, equipment, and safety protocols for each job
