A growing Series A Startup (AI-driven Data) is looking for a Lead Software Engineer
Fresh off a Series A Funding round, they're building an AI-powered, high-speed data pipeline management platform. The platform enables enterprises to ingest, transform, and move massive volumes of security and operational data with reliability, observability, and automation at its core.
They're looking for a Lead/Principal Software Engineer with deep Golang and distributed systems expertise to architect and build critical components of their Data Highway platform.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate in Computer Science or equivalent
- 6+ years building SaaS or cloud-native backend products
- 4+ years of production Golang experience
Expertise in:
- Distributed systems & microservices
- Concurrency, Goroutines, synchronization patterns
- Event-driven architectures & streaming systems
- REST/gRPC API development
Hands-on experience with:
- Docker, Kubernetes
- AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo, etc.)
- Strong fundamentals in performance optimization, observability, and system reliability
- Ability to design scalable architectures for high-volume data systems
Startup is located in Dallas, Texas (Remote with the ability to come in onsite twice a quarter)
