General Manager – Bilingual (English/Spanish) – High-Volume, 24-Hour Fast Food Restaurant

Job Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment

- Oversee labor, inventory, and food cost controls

Job Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 3+ years of GM experience, preferably in high-volume or 24-hour operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
