We are seeking a skilled Professional Grill Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in preparing and presenting hot-side menu items—Primarily high-end steaks—with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items with accuracy and consistency. Dry-aged Wagyu steaks.
- Support line cooks during service with prep, plating, and garnish execution.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Uphold the high presentation standards.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience required (fine dining or upscale casual preferred).
- Strong knife skills and station organization.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dinner-only environment.
- Passion for food, precision, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Reliability and teamwork mindset.
