Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in upscale casual or fine dining
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ServSafe and Allergen Certifications required
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
- Experience in $10 million plus high volume restaurants with a strong April-October tourist season
Must Haves
- Oversee and support all front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
- Partner with the General Manager to drive strong financial performance
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism, efficiency, and a focus on satisfaction
