General Manager Extended Stay Requirements & Qualifications
- Background in budget extended stay hotel operations
- Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience with full operational oversight
- Demonstrated success in staffing, P&L control, and guest experience management
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across shifts as needed

General Manager Extended Stay Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on extended stay guest needs
- Act as the primary liaison between the property and the corporate office
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and front desk efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand standards and ensure operational quality
- Maximize occupancy and revenue while managing out-of-service rooms and rate strategy
- Deliver consistent training and feedback to support ongoing staff development
- Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and uphold brand compliance standards
