Seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–8 years of litigation experience to handle matters involving general liability, product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury. This role offers hands-on responsibility in all phases of civil litigation.
Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage 10–20 active litigation matters
- Draft and respond to discovery and motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct legal research (Westlaw)
- Prepare cases for mediation, hearings, and trial
- Argue motions and interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel
Associate Requirements:
- 2–8 years of civil litigation experience
- Active Nevada Bar license
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
