Digital Marketing Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience
- Background in the CPG industry in digital marketing (CPG or e-commerce strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Familiarity with Amazon Advertising, Shopify, or DTC platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO and email marketing
- Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Digital Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, YouTube, and other platforms to drive ROI
- Execute and refine paid search, display, retargeting, and acquisition strategies through ongoing performance analysis, budget management, and A/B testing
- Lead organic and paid social media execution, partnering with creative teams to develop compelling content
- Manage content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement, and influencer or partnership initiatives
- Support execution and performance tracking of Stream Living TV and other CTV campaigns
- Assist with reporting on reach, impressions, traffic lift, conversions, and tracking via UTMs and dashboards
- Measure campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Build dashboards, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, creative, leadership, and external partners to align digital initiatives with brand and revenue goals
