Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager or FOH leader in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Polished, confident leadership presence with strong emotional intelligence
- Guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence
- Ability to thrive in a high-expectation environment
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills
- Ability to lead diverse teams and build a positive culture
- Background in Michelin-level or award-winning concepts strongly preferred
Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Train and develop teams to reflect the brand’s elevated expectations.
- Foster a guest-first culture that prioritizes hospitality excellence.
- Collaborate with management to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
