General Manager – Wynwood

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of general management experience in a full-service, high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, profit and loss, and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine brands and vendors.
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in upscale restaurants and lounges is a plus.
- Familiarity with working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) is advantageous.
- A deep passion for food, wine, and delivering exceptional guest service.
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service and uphold the restaurant's standards.
- Collaborate with the chef and ownership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality guest experiences.
- Handle conflict and high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
