Regional Director of Operation
- Compensation & Benefits: Base salary up to $150,000, bonus potential, full benefits package, and executive-level perks
We are seeking a proven, hands-on multi-unit operations leader to oversee four high-performing, upscale steak restaurants across multiple states. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, leadership development, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold accountability for General Managers and leadership teams
- Drive profitability through disciplined P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls
- Ensure elite standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand execution
- Build and sustain strong training, development, and succession programs
- Maintain full compliance with food safety, alcohol service, HR, and regulatory standards
- Maximize guest satisfaction and repeat business through operational excellence
- Identify and execute revenue-driving strategies and local market initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial reporting, cash controls, and inventory systems
- Serve as a visible culture leader aligned with company values and standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a Area Manager in a $8M+ full-service upscale casual restaurant
- Proven multi-unit leadership experience at the District or Regional level
- Strong P&L and restaurant financial acumen
- ServSafe and TIPS certifications required
- Bachelor’s degree
