Join one of New York City’s most respected Michelin-starred restaurants as our next Guest Relations Manager, overseeing the full guest experience from reservation to departure. About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, the Guest Relations Manager will oversee and develop a team of 12+ guest relations and reservations professionals. You will ensure that every guest receives a warm, seamless, and personalized experience — whether they’re booking weeks out or being welcomed on the dining room floor.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing position requiring a confident presence, impeccable communication, and an intuitive understanding of high-touch service.
