We are looking for a Chef & B to lead our restaurant team! Ideal candidates will have experience with both Culinary (BOH) leadership and Service staff (FOH) leadership. Ideal candidates will have a strong culinary background and will be administratively sound.
Executive Chef and B Benefits:

Executive Chef and B Qualifications:
- 2+ years as an Executive Chef
- 2+ years as a Restaurant General Manager, Chef&B, or Director of Food and Beverage
- Experience with banquets and catering
- Experience with beverage program development, purchasing, and costing
- Highly skilled and creative with culinary arts
Executive Chef and B Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage both BOH and FOH staff with integrity and consistency
- Follow menus and recipes to create consistent offerings
- Manage food cost, beverage cost, and labor cost according to budget
- Collaborate with leadership on Food and Beverage direction and vision
- Other duties as assigned
