Complex General Manager Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary: $190,000-$220,000 pending experience

Complex General Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- At least six (6) years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
- MUST HAVE renovation and brand transition experience
- Strong background in hospitality operations (Hotel, Spa, Food & Beverage, Golf)
- Budgeting, KPIs, and revenue generation expertise
- Hands-on, fun to work with, able to implement best practices that elevate guest satisfaction
- Luxury resort or private club operations experience preferred
