Hotel General Manager Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience as a Hotel General Manager
- Passion for team engagement, retention, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proactive problem-solver with strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of financials, labor management, and guest satisfaction metrics, with a proven ability to grow revenue
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales, and engineering
- Lead, train, and develop the team with integrity while upholding brand standards
- Ensure a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Implement best practices that enhance guest satisfaction and build a high-performance culture
- Build and maintain community relationships to capture group business, sports teams, and local bookings
