Wine Shop Manager – Los Angeles, CA

Wine Shop Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $70,000 – $80,000.

Wine Shop Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of retail, bar, or hospitality management experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Proven experience in creating drink menus, tasting experiences, and special events.
- Familiarity with Tock and 7Shifts systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both employees and customers.
Wine Shop Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Italian) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop team member performance and coaching.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
Wine Shop Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee overall operations and merchandising execution for the Wine Shop.
- Focus on enhancing customer experience and building strong relationships.
- Innovate new ideas and events to drive traffic and improve guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to create new mixology innovations and wine/food experiences.
- Train and coach team members, providing consistent and constructive feedback.
- Manage and maintain IT and POS systems, ensuring excellent customer service during events.
