General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a General Manager role within scratch-cooking, fast-casual or full-service casual dining.
- Proven background in scratch cooking is essential.
- Experience in a 2-3 unit multi-unit management role is ideal but not required.
- Strong financial acumen and a proactive business mindset.

- Excellent community engagement skills to drive sales and build connections.
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.

- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment.
