A pioneering deep-tech organization is seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive commercial growth in the United States. This is a pivotal opportunity to join a high-impact, globally recognized team delivering cutting-edge software that helps enterprise clients unlock efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on sales leader who excels in consultative enterprise sales and thrives in dynamic, fast-scaling environments.
Vice President of Sales Qualifications:
- 15+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with at least 7 years in senior leadership (VP or equivalent) roles
- Proven success generating $10M+ in annual enterprise revenue through consultative, solution-oriented sales
- Background in AI, advanced analytics, or technology consulting (e.g., EY, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey)
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, capable of translating complex technology into business value
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling sales functions in startup or high-growth environments
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
Vice President of Sales Responsibilities:
- Drive a high-impact sales strategy aimed at expanding enterprise customer base and meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue objectives
- Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end, fostering relationships with top decision-makers and providing value-driven solution insights
- Partner with internal teams in marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment of commercial initiatives with business goals
- Define and implement scalable sales processes and structures that support future growth and team expansion
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide both go-to-market strategy and product positioning
- Lead presentations, negotiations, and proposal development directly tailored to enterprise clients’ strategic priorities
